Kapsuun Group Training Announcement

Happy New Year from everyone here at Kapsuun Group. We are very pleased to announce that Chenega Europe has now merged with Kapsuun Group which is also part of the Chenega Corporation. The word ‘Chenega’ means ‘beneath the mountain’ and the people of the Chenega Tribe have lived in Prince William sound Alaska for some 10,000 years.   In 1971, the U.S. Congress enacted the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA). This Act granted the original residents of Chenega title to over 70,000 acres of land in Prince William Sound, paving the way for the Chenega Corporation, which was established three years later in 1974.  Today Chenega Corporation invests in projects and programs which enable economic infrastructure development in the village of Chenega and consistently ranks among the top 10 most successful Alaskan-owned businesses in the state.

Kapsuun Group, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Chenega Corporation and part of the Military, Intelligence and Operations Support (MIOS) Strategic Business Unit. Chenega MIOS operates in over a hundred locations across the United States and over thirty countries across the globe. Formed in 2014 to provide support to the DOD CONUS and OCONUS, Kapsuun Group has grown quickly into an established leader in software engineering, training and intelligence.

The merge with Chenega Europe will enable Kapsuun Group to meet the global demand for law enforcement training that improves and reforms policing practices in an accountable and transparent manner.

For the last three years, Chenega Europe has been delivering unique University accredited courses in partnership with the Ulster University.  Our online short courses in Open-Source Intelligence, Deep and Dark Web, Human Trafficking and Modern Slavery, and Blockchain are all accredited to a Level Four University Qualification.  On successful completion of one of our courses, students receive a Level Four Certificate from the Ulster University and 15 Transferable University Credits.
